The service from the staff was truly really good, especially from Ceung, who went above and beyond to assist me. However, the hotel's location felt a bit off due to ongoing construction, which made accessing the area less convenient.

My stay at Golden Town Hotel in Sa Pa had its ups and downs. While the area was quite busy and dusty due to ongoing construction next to the hotel, the staff were wonderfully friendly and accommodating. I was impressed by the tasty breakfast buffet and the comfy beds. Though I did end up canceling two of my three nights because the environment wasn't what I expected, they were very understanding about it.

I had a very nice stay at Golden Town Hotel. the location in Sapa town was ideal for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, always ready to please with their smiles. However, I did find the noise from outside a bit distracting, and the shower in my room was a bit challenging to use.
